Lack of physical exercise and continuous sitting in front of the TV adds to the problem. Recent studies have shown that the person who keeps away from the TV is able to burn more calories than the person who is spending more time watching the TV.</p>
<p>A small research trial has found that the if you are able to reduce the time of watching the TV to an extent of 50 % when compared to others who watch it for five hours, this is equivalent to walking a mile per day.</p>
<p>For the weight loss, the recent study and research shows that the inclusion of chilly and capsicum helps the body to develop heat. This ultimately helps the person to burn more calories. However, excess consumption also results in the irritation of the bowels. Red chilly and capsicum are found to be very effective in burning the calories in the human body.</p>
<p>In spite of all these cautions, people tend to avoid physical exercise which greatly helps them to burn the calories and avoid heart related problems due to excess weight and fat. It is advisable that the food habits of the person is given the due care to avoid accumulation of excess fat in the body which needs to be reduced by the methods enumerated above.</p>

The various herbs that are available on earth are found to heal lot many diseases and keep the human being fit for a better life. Ancient people depended mostly on such herbs which carried immense medicinal value.</p>
<p>To name a few out of about 20000 such plants, the common medicinal plants like Thyme, Sage, Garlic and the more are used in our day to day life. They do not produce any side-effects like our modern medicines made of chemicals.</p>
<p>Apart from the healing character, many medicinal plant like Spirulina that is a blue-green algae is found to have various nutrients like protein and vitamins in it. Warumbo plant is said to have the medicinal quality to check Diabetics.</p>
<p>Research done in various institutions proved that even cancer and other serious diseases can be cured by the medicinal plants. There are many Antiasthmatic plants which are used to treat the asthma, a common allergy related health hazard in most of us. There are herbs which can relieve the respiratory problems and they are termed as Pectoral plants.</p>
<p>Likewise, the usages of such medicinal plants is going to be the best remedy against various diseases since the modern medicines produce the side-effects and are not cost effective. It is advisable that we revert back to the olden days practice of using the various medicinal plants to live a hail and healthy life.</p>

Stress management has become of a subject of importance and in the absence of it, people tend to be prone to various ailments like Diabetics, heart attack and other neurological disorders. This ultimately aggravates the tension resulting in anger and inability to do the job undertaken leading to the lack of job satisfaction.</p>
<p>Hence most of the corporate houses are now embarking on various stress management plans to their employees to ensure better turn out and productivity. Compulsory physical exercise, doing Yoga regularly, coupled with early morning walk reduces the stress in the human being and keep them in good health and cheerful mood to deliver what is expected of them in the office atmosphere</p>
